We collect different data depending on how you interact with us:

We don't knowingly collect any special category data (health, financial, or otherwise sensitive personal information) through the Growth Blueprint tool. The business figures you enter (e.g. revenue, bed days) are commercial data, not personal data, unless you're a sole trader operating under your own name.
Under UK GDPR, we need a lawful basis for everything we do with your data. Here's what applies:
We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We use a small number of trusted service providers ("processors") to run this site and tool. We only share what each one needs to do its job:

We only share personal data with these providers under contracts that require them to protect it properly. We don't share your data with anyone for their own marketing purposes.
Some of our service providers store or process data outside the UK. Netlify and Mailchimp are both US-based, and Google Analytics (Google LLC) is also US-based. Where this happens, we rely on approved safeguards — including the UK's International Data Transfer Addendum and, for Google, the UK-US Data Bridge — to make sure your data stays protected to UK standards wherever it's processed.
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site and the Growth Blueprint tool — which pages are viewed, how people move through the assessment, and where they drop off. GA4 uses cookies to do this, and those cookies can identify your browser (though not you personally, unless you're separately logged into a Google account it can associate with).
Because GA4 sets cookies that aren't strictly necessary for the site to function, PECR requires us to ask for your consent before those cookies are set — a notice alone isn't enough. You'll see a cookie consent banner when you first visit, and you can accept, decline, or change your choice at any time via Cookie settings. If you decline, GA4 will not run and no analytics cookies will be set.
We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking you across other websites.

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your data, including using reputable providers with their own security certifications (Netlify, Mailchimp, Google), restricting access to personal data to those who need it, and reviewing our practices periodically. No system is completely secure, but we work to minimise risk at every stage.
This site and tool are intended for business and professional use. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we'll delete it.
We may update this notice from time to time — for example, if we start using a new tool or service. We'll update the "last updated" date at the top, and for material changes, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know.
